Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education in 1984
from Kearney State College. Following his graduation in 1984, he enrolled for the Managerial Accounting course in Drake University, Des Moines.
From 1985-1991, Patrick worked with the Garst Seed Company in Slater, Iowa as a Business Manager for their Research Department. Later in 1991, he joined the Farm Credit Banks in Omaha, Nebraska as a Credit Officer.
Patrick has always been keen on continuing his education. To stay updated about the latest industry standards, he attends American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers courses, The Moore Group courses, Randall School of Real Estate courses, and FIRREA Seminars. He is also a part of the Midwest Appraisers Association.
Patrick’s expertise and diligence come from his experience in creating appraisal reports for banks, farm credit services, farm service agencies, attorneys, and individuals. He also serves on the Hall County Appraisal Condemnation panel when needed.
